Very compassionate and understanding. Dr Alam & all the staff I have encountered were very polite. Fast service from sitting all day in the waiting room. He made sure I understood what was going on with my back and gave me different options for treating me.

Appoint was made at my convenience. I arrived on time, checked for covid, scheduled in at front desk, and paid my co-pay. Was taken to a room, no waiting and prepped for injections for back pain. Dr. Alum arrived in a couple of minutes and we discussed what was going to happen. Injections were made, and he ask how I was feeling, I told him fine. We would do a follow up in three weeks. I made appointment with the scheduler and I left for home.nAll done in less than hour with no problems.

Really worried about having surgery, but Dr Rush was so sincere about helping me in my shoulder pain. So glad I went through it. Dr Rush is very kind and I am pleased with how much better I already feel in just 6 weeks. I would definitely recommend OrthoCarolina Laurinburg. All the staff are wonderful and treat you well. Thank you Dr Rush. See you in 6 months for check up.

Had my 2nd visit 2 days ago and I was already getting my first procedure done that day. Staff has been great, from the front desk to the exam room. An awesome group of people providing a service.
