I shop here often enough that the whole crew knows who I am. I purchased a sleeve of plastic cups and lids I buy them every year for thanksgiving. I bought the wrong size. So I go back to the store. Not even 5 minutes later. And they wouldn’t exchange them for the correct size. I have NEVER been treated like a criminal before this it was like I was trying to rob them. Never ever going to shop there again and neither will my family. Loyalty means nothing to these people

The first liquor stores my boyfriend and I have been to since moving here in Lowell. Everyone is nice and the alcohol section is good!
