Heater fan made a god awful noise, some kind of bug in the room that I wish I had taken a picture of (5 of them). Shower curtain didn't stay in the shower. Sink was not draining properly and the door had a gap going all the way around it and it was locked. Hey but the TV worked.
We had to wait 30 minutes just to check in and get our room key even though we had already made a reservation online. When we got inside our room, there was dirty water on the floor and in the bathroom. The sheets were pilling, making it very hard to sleep. Someone we talked to while waiting in line did not have clean sheets. My dog found a used condom under the bed, the room had clearly not been looked after thoroughly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Young night manager was great . They are fixing place up . Give it a try .
Cigarette burns in the sheet and took them about 15 min to come check out in the morning !! Everything else was great !!
If i could give this hotel zero starts i would but i makes me give at least 1. Do not stay there. The mattress have blood and urine stains along with mold. The one bed in our room wasn’t even clean it was just made. Had makeup on the pillow and hair from previous guests. Asked for another room checked the beds the shower had black mold growing in it and the one mattress was sliced like someone used it to stash stuff in it. I wasnt spending my time going room to room to find a clean room. I asked for my money back and left. Yes i did advise guests checking in to check their beds because of what i went through. This place needs to be shut down!
