Pneumatics can unload 24/7. Night security cool as hell. Never any issues here. Has over night parking.
Got here at 3pm, my appointment was at 4pm and I didn’t go to the scale until 5:30pm. Once I made it to the loading area it was 6:30pm and it’s now 7:10pm and I’m still not getting loaded.
If you a little late, you have to reschedule. If you are on time, you still wait an hour or two. Staff wasn't bad, just seems poorly run.
So I show 6 minutes late I have call dispatch and reschedule.Then this place get behind and it's ok to make me wait until it is convenient for you to load me.We are on ELDs no stopping the clock.Had to wait for four hours total.
Extremely slow loading. Obviously they don't respect a driver's time. Don't waste your time hauling for this joke of a steel mill. Unacceptable
