This location is in the North Charleston area of town. It was very convenient to plenty of amenities including shops and eateries.nnThe facilities here were very clean and well-maintained. It appeared that the flooring was new or replaced recently.nnThe place also had a nice, fresh aroma (even inside the elevators) and not the dingy odor common in some older properties.nnA couple of issues l experienced in my room: small, outdated TV with screen burn-in; the heater did not work well.nnOtherwise, the staff was quite accommodating, friendly and helpful.nnI would give a good recommendation for this hotel.
We had to reserve a room for Christmas Eve. The staff at the hotel was great!-the girl who answered my questions before I reserved online, and the guy who checked us in were so patient and cool. The hotel and room were very nice! Oh, and the best part was how clean the bath was!!:0) We have found that-no matter how much is paid for a room-we run the risk of finding something that doesn't look so great, but not the case here. This whole experience was very pleasant!
I will talk about this unexpected experience for a long time to come. Ron, Tasia and Tiffany blew me away with customer service... Great value and covid attentive... wasn't expecting much more than average hotel stay but Staff are above and beyond in service, local tales and in town recommendations
Nice place and close to Charleston Southern University. Breakfast needs to be updated nothing but sweets and suger laden items to eat. I know these are difficult times but still.
Good place to stay. Location great for travel. Room key had to be recorded with my departure date.
