I wore a fine dress because I had a stain that come out. They gave me the dress as I same. I traid to do it at home and the stain came out. They did not do anything to him. I never return

I have lived around the corner from them for a few years. I'm glad of the convenience but you have to pound specific instructions into their head or they will easily screw it up. They are so automated. I have been demanding the same thing from them for years and they still managed to screw it up...even with the manager standing right beside them as they are hearing my instructions. Not much upstairs.
