A new facility added to Goose Creek. Nice and convenient to my home in Goose Creek, verses driving to the main center in N. Charleston. Easy to receive an appointment. Most insurances are taken. The staff is fully trained and qualified. Covid19 guidelines are adhered to and followed. I’ve been coming here since September 2020 to present. My physician from SC Sports Medicine Clinic referred me here and they are affiliated with Axis Physical Therapy.
