Susan and her team are some of the most important members of my family’s healthcare team. She was initially recommended by my children’s neurosurgeon. She is thorough, committed, and incredibly smart. Her passion for helping those of us with spinal and connective tissue disorders who are used to nothing and no one being able to help is a refreshing breath of air and hope. She has worked with both my children and helped get me diagnosed and into treatment as well. I simply cannot recommend her enough.

Susan and Beth have treated my son for over a year now for spinal and balance issues. They are both wonderful, caring, intelligent and very skilled physical therapists.nnMy son was treated at other practices before, but none compare to the care he receives here. When Susan first saw him she took the time to thoroughly assess him, explain her findings and what the plan to improve his deficits.nnHe has made a great deal of improvement since he started and he just loves Susan too, I think he realizes how much she really cares about him and his progress. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

Susan Chalela is an extraordinary combination of experience, intelligence, and talent. Susan understands how neck instability works and what to do about it to have a chance to avoid fusion surgery. A truly unique talent! The staff are careful to use face masks and check temperatures. The facility has top notch equipment and the staff to facilitate using it to help you. Parking is in back or front. It helps to use their specific directions to find the building the first time you visit, or park nearby and walk on the street sidewalk to find the correct building. The building number is somewhat camouflaged! It's close to #133, which is much easier to see when driving by.

Call now! If you need PT of any kind especially for EDS you have found the place that can help you. Susan is fantastic! She takes her time and knows how to help you. Susan helped me figure out my problem when no one else could help. She figured out and put together all of my neurological symptoms to get an actual diagnosis. After years of many specialists she put all of the symptoms together for a diagnosis. All who work here are wonderful!
