I have done a lot of physical therapy in my life, so I know the importance of having a place and person you can trust and get results. Anthony is wonderful. Aside from being beyond knowledgeable in the field, he is kind, understanding and encouraging. I look forward to my appointments, he challenges me with new exercises on my stronger days, and shows me different stretches and approaches for the days I am more sore. I definitely feel myself getting stronger, physically and mentally. Thank you Anthony!

If you are in the Daniel island cainhoy area and need physical therapy, progressive therapy on clements ferry road is a must! You walk in to see Logan’s smile and welcome. She is so accommodating with scheduling and insurances and the reminder to “breath”! Anthony is professional knowledgeable and compassionate. Not only shows you how to do the exercises but explains why! Very encouraging when you get discouraged. He Makes me look forward to my next appointment rather than dread it because I physically and mentally feel better when the session is over. Progressive Therapy is THE place to go!!! Thank you Anthony for going above and beyond in getting my life back on track!!

Every time I visit Logan greets me with a great smile and she has a very nice personality. Anthony is simply AWESOMEud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01. The atmosphere is very calming and peaceful which helps with your physical therapy. If you need physical therapy this is definitely the best place to go.

I was diagnosed with a frozen left shoulder. I had no use of my left arm. I couldn't put on a shirt or buckle a belt. In short, my quality of life was terrible and I was in constant pain. I was assigned Anthony Lavigne, DPT for physical therapy. He has now been working with me for 6 weeks. We meet twice a week for one hour sessions . Each visit he has a plan of action. His knowledge and out going personality is tremendous. I can honestly say he is the best Therapist I have ever had. I would rate Anthony the best in Charleston. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation.

After a recent ACL surgery, I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team at Progressive PT on Clements Ferry. The entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped create a therapy plan to help me reach my goal of getting back out on the soccer field. The state of the art equipment along with the friendly banter created an awesome experience the whole time. I’ve since graduated from their program and have never felt more confident about the strength of my knee and ability to resume my normal sports routine. I would highly recommend Progressive PT on Clements Ferry to anyone looking for rehab and will definitely use them in the future (although I’m hoping I won’t have to!).
