Me and my friend have been trying to move in here for over a month. Nobody and I mean nobody answers the phones or return are calls. It's very frustrating because we love the community and have people we know live here but the administrative team could be a lot more professional and efficient with potential residents.

I love my neighborhood. Clean, quiet. My lot rent is too expensive in my opinion. I rent to own from private owner. Lot rent paid to park office

It's ok but lot rent goes up every year even durning covid with little allowed for the children to do but the pool and stuff was supposed to be why we pay so much in lot rent. Crime in this neighborhood is high. I personally think the office people are great. I have never had any issues with them. If you don't pay on time you will be harassed that is how all yes communities are. I have never paid lot rent late but I have heard the stories.

I've lived here since June . Nice wooded trail areas to take walks . Swing set monkey bar apparatus. Community pool. Pretty decent community all in all .

Needs more street lights and addresses where you can see them. Other then that was very nice
