This Drive-In theatre welcomed me with open arms when I called in inquiring about assistance with carrying out a plan having to do with one of the biggest moments in my life! Proposing to my beautiful girlfriend of two and a half years.nnI called Moonlite Theatre with very low expectations of actually having an opportunity to turn my once-in-a-lifetime marriage proposal idea into fruition... and to my surprise, the gentlemen responded to my Cliff Notes version of my idea with openness and willingness to give it a look if I sent it to him!nnI sent him an email with my slideshow / video of the past two and a half years that we have spent together with little expectation of a response... and to my surprise, the owner responds to my email with not only accepting my request to play this short video before a movie showing to surprise her and propose... but stating that they would “love to do this”! I was more ecstatic than I can put into words!nnLong story short - this kindhearted Owner gave a random caller the time of day... worked with me to make this proposal into exactly the vision, the hope and the dream that I had of it... and allowed my family and I to make a lifetime memory at his theatre. Moonlite Theatre truly cares about its customers - as PEOPLE and not as REVENUE! Thank you, Moonlite!!
Great family entertainment together! You can enjoy the movie in lawn chairs in front of your car or inside with the sound playing on your car radio stereo. Food, drinks, and snacks on-site! Every Friday & Saturday night!
I had an issue with the website so I called them and these are the nicest people ever!!! He texted me and let me know it was up and running again and even offered that he would buy me a ticket himself, this is an example of what customer service should be like. Charleston needs more people like this!!!
Awesome family outdoor experience! Live music rocked! Food trucks were delicious! We loved our night out at the drive-in!
It was a great family night!!! The kids really enjoyed them selves. We will definitely be back.
