Hotel is very clean, appears new is so clean. We booked 3 rooms for a Saturday overnight. Very quiet even with a dog across the hall (Magnet in the door gave it away). Very clean rooms. The pool area opens in May and looks wonderful. We had too much sightseeing to care the pool is outside and closed in February but it's a lovely area. Breakfast had so many choices and staff is friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when we come back to tour more of Charleston. I highly recommend staying here.
While moving down here with my two giant dogs, the house I was moving to fell through and so I needed to find a hotel while I was looking for a house. Staybridge Suites was wonderful.nI was a little on the stressed side when I got there, but the friendly staff, and immaculate rooms helped immensely. A full sized fridge, a stove with cookware, breakfast and dinner, a business center with computers and a printer, fast wifi, and FREE laundry! I will definitely be looking for another Staybridge the next time I'm traveling.
The rooms are clean and roomy. Stayed here with small children and everything went smooth! The staff is very accommodating. Mrs. Cici was extremely helpful when checking in! She assisted me with a reservation that was done incorrectly by IHG. She is very knowledgeable at her job and made sure my family had the best stay possible! Thank you so much! I really appreciate great people and amazing customer service! This was our second time here and we plan visiting again!
This hotel is nice and clean. I’m giving it 1 star because of these reasons:n1. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. I stood at there waiting for what seemed like 10 minutes before a young girl finally came from the hallway to help me. She was not pleasant at all. After several attempts to make conversation, I finally gave up.n2. No staff member during my stay was friendly.n3. The night before we were checking out, I called down to get a late check-out. The girl said I could check-out at 1:00pm. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on my door 2 different times between the times of 10am and 11am. I then got a rude call from the front desk telling me i did not have a late check-out and wanted to know who told me I got a check-out at 1pm. After explaining it to her, she rudely said that would be fine.nnI have stayed in this chain previously in Mt. Pleasant and had an awesome stay. I will never stay in the Summerville location again. If you are staying in the Summerville area, stay at the Home2Suites right beside this hotel. The rooms aren’t as nice but the staff is great and very nice.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was spacious with a kitchen. Not much within walking distance. Would have been better if they had a bar/restaurant. Lots of places to drive to close by but traffic is horrible. It's clean and the staff is friendly!
