Truly a wonderful hotel with a friendly staff that does everything possible to make the guests feel at home. It is great to have the hotel restaurants open again. If you are a fan of real homemade southern style grits and sausage gravy, you will want to try their breakfast. All of the restaurant staff asked about our dining experience. The chef came to our table to ask if we were satisfied with our meal. We had a fun conversation about how his family recipes. We will book again for our next visit to Summerville.

This property is brand new and it shows. Amazing place very clean and smells brand new inside. The digital key worked perfectly from the Hilton app. The elevator was brand new very clean and worked perfect. The room was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and soft. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. This hotel is amazing and should be the standard for all Hilton garden properties. We would love to come back and stay here again. Also everyone wore a mask and respected each other including the guests in this hotel. Which was nice considering covid. They do have a beautiful outdoor pool area we had a view of from our room but it was a little too cold this time. Keep up the great work

Excellent customer service throughout my visit. Clean room with a wonderful view. Breakfast each day was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

We could not have been happier with our room and the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Summerville We were in for a home buying foray and were successful in buying a new home nearby. We look forward to staying here again. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern.
