Recently a friend, Heather Pridgeon, referred me to Weeks & Irvine to represent me in a refinance closing. After several emails with a parallel, I was given a closing date. I arrived at the scheduled time and was pleasantly greeted and seated in the reception area, for a very short period of time. I was then escorted to a conference room. Again, after a short period of time my attorney came in with a huge stack of paperwork. After introductions he began to explain the refinance process. I have lived in my home over 40 years and have refinanced a couple of times. This closing had to be one of the smoothest ever. Weeks & Irvine definitely has the process down to a sience. Thank you. They recently handled our closing and did a fantastic job! Very professional, clear explanations for all our questions, and following COVID-19 protocol to the letter. Most people find real estate closings to be taxing, but Weeks & Irvine makes it simple and painless. This is our second time using this firm and we couldn't be more pleased.

Kept us waiting 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to tell us our closing was delayed and hadn’t bothered to let us know when they found out 3 days prior. Then they rescheduled our closing for a week and a half later but moved it up 3 days with zero notice. They expected us to drive from James Island to their Summerville office on a Friday afternoon after completely making a mess of the whole thing. Needless to say, would not recommend!
