Best dentist I've been to! I want to start by saying I've had a lot of dental work done (extractions, deep cleanings, root canals, fillings, etc) and from different places in different states. Some of the reasons this place has been the best is from the start, you're not waiting for your appointment. The most I've ever came in and waited to be seen was maybe 10 minutes and as soon as I get a room, the dentist is in. He has been the most quick, but gentle dentist I have ever experienced! He watches where he puts his hands and tools, and checks on you throughout the procedure. While he is working, you have a dental assistant next to you rubbing your arm, talking to you, doing everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible! From the receptionist, assistants, to the dentist, the staff is so amazing and friendly! To top it off, their prices are unbeatable! Very reasonable and they're always willing to work with you (especially because I do not have dental insurance). I highly recommend Tidewater!

Thought I was going to die...but thank God for this location. Felt right at home and great pricing. If you need dental work they are the spot to go to. Loved the service. I dont usually advertise like this but even though I needed an emergency tooth extraction they made it possible and as smooth as can be.

Having moved to Summerville from Surfside Beach I needed to find a local dentist. Finding Tidewater Dentistry was the best thing that could have happened. Dr. Williamson and his staff are courteous,, professional and timely. For 55 years I heard rude comments made about the natural color of my teeth. They couldn't be whitened. Thanks to Dr. Williamson bonding my teeth, now the comments are what a beautiful smile I have. It's like starting a new life, I'm so happy.

I am finally over my dentist anxiety thanks to Dr. Williamson and his staff at Tidewater Dentistry. Super professional and knowledgeable and an all around great experience. I drive all the way from Mount Pleasant to go here and it’s worth it!
