Wonderful place. My 7 year old loved his experience there.

This office is a nightmare.nUnfortunately we haven’t had a good experience at this particular location since we transferred from another. Every apt that has been scheduled here has been rescheduled several times by their office per their convenience and even at last minute. Yesterday my daughter was scheduled for an emergency appointment to have a filling re done since hers broke. . This particular appointment had already been rescheduled a few times already by the office. They kept calling me to reschedule and push the appointment back with excuses that they couldn’t do it. Even last minute, same day cancellations. With the appointment that was rescheduled for yesterday we were promised same day treatment because it had been rescheduled several times and pushed back by weeks. Thankfully, my daughter hadn’t been in any pain..However, pushing an emergency appointment back by several weeks is irresponsible on their part. I received a call the day before yesterday from the office asking “you still comin to your appointment?”. This was not a reminder .. or a confirmation, but a random question that was not needed. Very unprofessional. Then yesterday, day of appointment.. I received another phone call from the office asking us to come in at 1pm when our appointment was at 3pm. We couldn’t arrive that early, but did arrive at 2pm. We sat in the car waiting for them to let us know they were ready.. we waited for an hour!! I texted them to ask if they were ready since we had waited for an hour. We were then told to come inside now.. we waited another 30mins inside. Finally, we saw the doctor who quickly looked at my daughters tooth and told me what he would do.. to then tell me to schedule that appointment up front. I asked him if this would be done today (because we were promised same day treatment, asked to come in early, and just waited an hour and 30mins). He told me the front desk would let me know. Then asked the hygienist “Is this an ELO?” Not sure the coding on this.nI walked up front and was told this treatment would not be done the same day bc the doctors were two hours behind. I explained my disappointment along with what we were promised about same day treatment. We still were told “sorry, nothing we can do”. The girl at the front desk was just as frustrated with being told no, as we were. She expressed this keeps happening and they are left to relay the messages to the parents. While I’m receiving this news.. one of the other front desk workers was on the phone telling a woman who had been waiting in the car for her son to be seen that he wasn’t even on the schedule for an appointment that day. There has been complete chaos every time we have gone to this location and yesterday was the worse. I hate to complain and leave a negative review, but I believe something needs to change. Unfortunately, we will be switching back to our old location.

The wonderful and friendly staff has become more like family! Our children love their routine appointments and in their relationships with the staff have motivated my son and daughter to keep cavities away. Scheduling is simple,appointments are always ontime, quick and efficient, and setting up routine follow up appointments 6 months in advance comes easy with the reminder emails and Texts prior to all appointments.
