Excellent customer service and the rooms are VERY clean. The GM Harry was very helpful and accommodating, will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
We stayed for 2 months due to a job for my husband. Our room was perfect and comfy. Brandi in the office was outstanding and a special thanks to Theresa in Housekeeping. They both went above and beyond to help us out. Only complaint was the side doors never worked with the key card. If the door closed behind you, you had to walk around to the front entrance. Also the elevator was out quite a bit. I felt so sorry for those on the upper floors. Seems like a safety hazard and should be addressed. Thanks to all.

I've stayed here a few times. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful.nThe rooms very clean. Convenient to everything.nIf I could I would be very comfortable living there.
I wish I would've seen the previous reviews of bed bugs before booking. Went to our room at 213 and had bed bugs and roaches. Requested a room change, but the new room, 311, also had bed bugs and roaches. We got a refund and left immediately. I should've taken photos, but I was so grossed out by the bed bugs that I left before thinking about it. But there is another review further down where a lady shows photo proof of the bed bugs if you don't believe me. The place is disgusting.nnPS. If you are worried about COVID, at least for the sake of your children, the trashy looking guests don't wear masks at all.
