We come here when we want good, fresh chicken fast. Every employee has hair pulled back tight with a hat, and a mask on. I feel safe when I order food here, and not only that, but they always make sure to offer me deals for my meals too, like how 6 piece tender is actually cheaper than 5 piece. I appreciate the consistency of this restaurant.
Last week, I used the drive through to place an order. It seemed as though the process went well until I got home. Again they didn't include the the order right.. They didn't include the roll also didn't include my side of coleslaw. This has become a regular occurrence with the orders that I have received from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I wonder how many orders are cheated for others. I lost the price of the coleslaw and the time I wasted trying to contact them by phone at a number that does not work. How many other people do they cheat? I was hungry and disappointed. Now I feel angry. Angry knowing I can't be the only one.
I had hair in my food. They made me a whole new order and didn’t charge me though. Other than that the food was great and fresh.
Well, How many folks would be fans of KFC if the all you can eat buffet was back.
The drive thur person wasn't very friendly. There was napkin. The drinks order was messed up. We were charged extra for drinks for a big bucket meal. Try to make order right, but was messed up.
