I have been trying for at least 3 weeks to get help. The people whomever they may be at the Roland office ( I won’t say anything because I can’t say anything nice). The girl at the sallisaw office has been so nice and helped me more and she isn’t even my agent. John Waller (adjuster) has helped more than anyone in Roland. I have no idea who I need to talk to even. Who is my agent anyway? Anyone know?? I’ve been with Farm Bureau for years but I’m just about ready to drop them. We pay them and then have to do all the work!
