Very nice trail for this small town. Recommended
Loved the tails! So many good views and all the signs showing what types of trees you were looking at was amazing. Also enjoyed the memorial benches and picnic areas. Wish we had a park like this back home.
Good mix of 2+ miles of paved and 7+ miles dirt trails. Nice overlook of the Lake Vian at the top of the hill. Lots of wildlife at dawn/dusk: ducks, swans, squirrels, rabbits, deer, and beavers. Public toilets during non-freezing times of the year. Pavilions available for party or gathering place in the shade. Cable suspension bridge on northern part of the lake. Benches along the paved walking trail. Lake is perfect size for kayaking - not too big not too small. Excellent place for a family fun day outside.
Superb mountain bike trails! We especially love the fast and flowy sections and the table top jumps!
