My phone did not ring in my car because I have horrible service in downtown. I did receive a text telling me to proceed to Agent 1. I went inside and a door lady told me that texts do not count. I must receive a phone call. Its already been an hour. So thirty minutes go by and I watched 4 people go in that called after me. The door lady stopped me and told me that that is the way it is sometimes. I called the tag number posted on front door again. They mentioned that they called me twice and no answer. Then they sent me a message to to go Agent 1. I was told the door lady had no right to turn me down. This was almost two hours later. I am giving this three stars because the tag office saw me quickly. They were very professional and polite. Agent 1 knows her stuff. As for the door lady. I politely told her to have a nice day and she looked away and snuffed me. I love Cherokee Nation , but need better door ladies. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Every year I take my business here and Laura is always so helpful. Yes there’s a wait right now because of Covid, so plan on spending 2 or 3 hours waiting. It’s not the employees slowing things down, there are just a lot of people needing service because the shut down backed them up. Normally they are very fast and professional.

Very rude not helpful at all waited for 90 minutes and refused to let me pay for my tag I will be switching my stuff over to the state tag office not happy at all

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic. But, the tag agency is poorly organized and has no compassion for people.
