My journey with them started in November. Our first appointment went fine other than the wait with no one else in the waiting room. As we finished I was sent up front to schedule a chart up date appointment that was supposed to be set up a couple weeks before her surgery. The receptionist first off didn’t know what I was referring to about a chart update which is what the nurse told me to tell her. Then she scheduled the appointment for the following week. Her surgery had been set up for the end of December so obviously that appointment would not work. When they rescheduled it, no one told me when the appointment was and I did not receive a call or letter about it. I was told when I called about the misunderstood appointment someone would call me. Never heard a word. Then when it came time for the sugary finally instead of calling me, the parent, they called the emergency contact to collect information and give the time. They not only gave her the wrong return call number but also the wrong dr. They kept referring to a Dr. Hawthorne which cause much confusion as Dr. Highfill was the supposed doctor doing the surgery. When I called the number back and asked for the name of the lady who called, no one knew who she was. It took 20 mins of being on the phone for them to finally track down who I was looking for that had called the emergency contact. She had given the wrong number to the emergency contact. After all of these mistakes when I finally got her on the phone I questioned their ability to safely perform the procedure on my daughter based on all the confusion that had gone on since November. I had never once met with the doctor, only nurses. At this point as a parent you do begin to wonder. What if they messed up her chart and they took something out they weren’t supposed to?? The lady I talked to was very unprofessional about the whole mess. She had no explanation as to why she couldn’t even give out correct information. Fast forward to today. I received a letter from the office informing me that due to my “in appropriate” (yes misspelled) behavior of questioning them and why there had been so many communication issues that they would no longer be able to see my daughter. I would suggest that everyone go with a different ENT doctor. The doctor may be fine, I don’t know I never met him, but the office staff is a circus. I wondered why most times I was the only one in the waiting room, now I know why. I wish I had known prior to my experience here because they have now wasted 3 months of my time and have done nothing to help my daughter.

Solved my breathing problems and I'm a Marfan Syndrome patient. Safe was nice except for some girl that makes to many jokes about people coming in and isn't professional. I would rate any less then 5 just because one person can't be serious..
