Rick Robbins, D.O.

I've seen Dr Robbins for the last few years. He's always been really helpful.He has told me to call in if I needed anything to save me a trip as I live 75 miles away from the clinic. Now his staff that answers the phone when you call I believe her name is Sheila She is very rude. She refuses to talk to the doctor about anything she talks to the nurse the nurse gave the same answer I've been to the emergency room twice in the last week for an ear infection. I've been told that I need to get to an ENT as soon as possible because I have distorted eardrums and could cause hearing loss. She said no that she couldn't do that that I needed to come in which is kind of hard when I don't have a vehicle right now. So her not letting me speak with him about getting a referral done just so that I can go to ENT. And I told them that it would I wouldn't be able to even be able to get down there till probably after the beginning of the year and they said well That's all we can do. So therefore I will probably lose my hearing and not be able to get into an ENT because they refuse to let the doctor know the information so possibly I could get some help so no. it's just really frustrating when the doctor has said if I needed anything to just be able to call and that he would help me but his staff they don't have nothing to do with trying to help me at all they're rude they don't want to confer with the doctor I guess they make the decisions in the clinic not the doctor the way they're acting .

I give 3 stars based on other people's opinions. Your office employee needs to be taught to respect others as I respected her. I've been treated so badly so why do y'all discriminate against an individual that has had back surgery. I don't want not do I need pills my reasons we're to follow me I am in advanced Stage congestive heart failure my cardiologist is in OK City and NY primary care physician moved .at least have a class when telling possible future patient it was so uncalled for.

I have been under Dr. Robbins care for many years and I would be the first to tell you he is the best!! Thank you Dr.Robbins for all you have done for my family

Best doctor I ever had he has been our family's dr for over 30 yrs! Very thorough and listens to you!
