Changed their price mid trip. Rude and cussing when I had to take out and extra $2 for a regular fair. Was always $4 and cab 20 wanted $8. Tried dumping her before he got to my apt. Demanded $6 because he went past me around to the back. He did go out of normal zone to pick up his friend that jumped out of the van and threatened me when I recorded his fraud and mistreatment. I'm not paying for his Buddies rides. We switched to Payless taxi. So far, they are doing a great job. They even take debt cards and offer round trip fairs.
Our 1st ride was great. The male Driver was so nice and polite. They get a 3 for our super ghetto Driver on the 2nd trip. She talked on her phone the entire time. She was using ear buds to talk but was still loud and obnoxiousud83dudc4e... Razorback overall is dependable and we would use them again for being 1/2 the price of Uber.
Convenient way to get places around the area. But it's a long wait most of the time. So if you use them, call for your cab early.
Their driver named Derrick Landherr is the best cabdriver I've ever met.. good safe driving and got me where I needed to go with plenty of time to spare
There a gud service friendly and enjoyable company, just don't call on a day they busy, yull be waiting for awhile.
