They have always been great to work with. This last time we had trouble with a toilet, they came in and quickly fixed the issue and did not make us feel bad that we were unsure how to fix it ourselves, LOL. Their prices are fair and reasonable, employees are nice and helpful. Very pleased with their services and highly recommend them to others!

Vary unprofessional I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called and asked if this company repaired hot water heaters, I told them exactly what model number my hot water heater was and that it needed a thermopile replaced. They told me that it was no problem, there service man got here walked inside took one look at it and said I've been doing this for 50 years and never seen anything like this. This is what a thermo coupler looks like and held the part up.. Obviously they don't know the difference between a thermopile and a thermo coupler. There service man was rude as could possibly be. He acted like I was wasting his time bc of their lack of knowledge.. I honestly don't know how these ppl get any buisness.

We had a leaky faucet in our shower, plus an outdoor spigot that had been broke for awhile. This was our first time to use Zap Plumbing, they were at my house within an hour of the initial phone call. They were very professional and had our problems fixed quickly!!! We will definitely call them for our plumbing needs!!! My in laws were impressed with their time and work and will use them if needed as well!!!!! Job well done!

In my opinion this company went from a 5 ud83cudf1f rating to a 1 star. I have used Zap several times in the past and their work was exceptional and reasonable.On the last call they charged me three hundred and 13 dollars to replace a quick disconnect spray hose on my kitchen faucet.They charged 45 minutes to replace the spray hose on my kitchen faucet but were there only 15 minutes. How long would it take you to replace a quick disconnect hose? Also, they do not return calls. Maybe they are under new management.I would not recommend this company.

We had a water leak in the back of the toilet on a Saturday. Jim, the owner himself came and promptly fixed the problem when no other company would come out on a weekend.
