Super polite and professional! Service was top notch and the truck arrived 10 minutes earlier than estimated! Smith’s Towing took a bad situation and made it a bit more bearable. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to get your car hauled, but not for mechanics.nThe deal was to check the car and then we would decide if we wanted it fixed. He proceeded to change some stuff without telling me first, charged me for it even tho I argued that that was not the deal, but he said he couldn't take it back, told me what was wrong with the car but made it seem like we were to blame for part of it and wen we got it back he explained how he had broken some parts and still blamed it on us. We then spent more money actually fixing what the car had originally and what he had broken and it still wouldn't work so we took it to a real mechanic and he told us it was completely out of oil. Which leads me to believe that he did something else to my car.nnSo, great prices for towing tho!!!

It was after hours when we blew two tires and needed roadside assistance. Matt took the call and was able to get to us fairly quick. One of the spare tires was mounted under the vehicle and as luck would have it the tool needed to lower it was at the house. Matt drove the 5 miles to take me to get the tool, returned to where the truck was and changed both tires in less than 5 minutes all while keeping a professional upbeat attitude. After changing the tires he also gave us a jump as the battery died. I highly recommend him and will definitely call on him if I need him in the future.

Matt Smith has one of the most positive attitudes of any business owner I've dealt with recently. He did a job for me that went totally beyond what most tow truck operators would do. One thing I really liked is how organized he is and how he takes good care of his equipment which in my mind translates that he would also take good care of my property as well. And he did. Also his rate was very reasonable.
