Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do Not Use! I have rented vehicle's from several companies enterprises is my go to company while traveling during my military career as well as private travel. This location has destroyed that trust as well as my family even utilizing them in other states. I had a truck in the mechanic shop so i rented a car from this location when my personal vehical was fixed i dropped it off after hours straight from the car wash. I picked up my vehical then traveled back to my state to our home. A year later went to a local enterprise to utilize their up until this point awsome services and was told NO because I destroyed my last rental 10K in body damage. It was returned like new as I received it. They sent some paperwork a few weeks later from this location showing the car or one like it that someone had taken a baseball bat to or same type of appearance. It definitely was not the car or condition I returned it in.nnNever in 15 years of doing business with enterprise have I ever had an issue like this, in fact i have not ever had 1 issues i can think of until this location. If I had a option for no stars that would be it, to say the least. Make sure you return your rental during business hours or have plenty of evidence you didn't total their property in the manner this location did and tried to recover costs from me.nShameful enterprise has always been my go to now utilize others.

I wouldn't waste you time with this company, there's never vehicles to rent and when the app says there's availability there isn't any so don't reserve from the app!!

Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-a-car location in Miami OK. Was able to use the upgrade that WAs offered on the website. We received a 2020 Nissan Altima and it rode like a dream and had great gas mileage. Beautiful car and was very pleased with everything

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.nnI booked a rental car from this location and the national customer service, local branch, and even Google page and Facebook page listed their hours 8 AM to 6 PM. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 5:30, their doors are locked and shut.nnThey did not update their hours with the regional branch, so when I booked the vehicle no one knew that they reduced their hours to 5 PM.nnThe women next-door at the title office were kind enough to call one of the employees and fill them in on the situation. This person (Jamie)did nothing to rectify it and told me to come back tomorrow.nnI rented this vehicle for a reason, as I needed to travel to get to important meetings, etc. tomorrow. Not having a vehicle to get there was absolutely unacceptable.nnI have been an emerald club member for three years, rented dozens of vehicles, and spent thousands of dollars with this company. To receive this horrendous customer service is appalling. Any company that shows that little value for loyal customers does not deserve to prosper from my business or yours.

Beautiful, comfortable car. Easy experience getting rental. Great customer service.
