Very quick with their service. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The man who was sent out first to check to see the issue, was also quick at finding the problem. The lady that calls to set up the times was always available every time I called and super friendly. All around nice people with good service.

The tech arrived several hours late which was not an issue as I work from home. My husband told the tech what he believed was the issue due to him checking it with his multimeter. The tech looked at our nest and the furnace. He proceeded to tell us that the auxiliary heat was never hooked up to the inside of the house and that our nest thermostat did not work for both the heat pump and auxiliary. The wiring and their thermostat would not be covered under our home warranty. Immediately my husband went to the nest site and checked our nest which was both hooked up to heat pump and auxiliary. We reached back out to AMP and our home warranty to let them know this was incorrect, and AMP never sent anyone back out and told the home warranty the same garbage. After I had spoken to the home warranty, they sent another company out which tested the same right auxiliary heat strip and found that it wasn’t working. Yesterday, that new company replaced it and showed us that all the springs were broken on the right side!! I would rate AMP a zero if it was possible and will be going to the BBB!!

JJ was our tech. He was very professional and was very polite. I will definitely use AMP Mechanical If I ever need service again. I would highly recommend AMP Mechanical

Honestly, I’m impressed with how hard this company works to maintain their 1-star average reviews. If you’re looking for ways to run your business into the ground, call AMP! Karen answered after 3 phone calls during business hours and said she is very busy and has many customers. What a way to introduce yourself! I think the devil himself would have better customer service. It must be nice to leave the office at noon every day, so do not expect a timely conversation, especially if it’s 95 degrees inside your home. According to AMP, that’s no emergency! And when they DO finally make it out to “diagnose” the issue (they send techs who can’t fix the problem), they’ll tell you one thing and file your claim as 14 other things that will cost you out of pocket. Meanwhile, I’ve had other companies out to verify the diagnosis that AMP did was completely wrong. Thankfully I didn’t let these yahoos attempt at fixing my unit, because based on other reviews I’d be better off hiring my dog to do it.nnI understand they’re at the mercy of the warranty company but the fact that it’s August and I haven’t had functioning AC for weeks and NOBODY is concerned or willing to do a thing to help is the biggest issue. AMP does not CARE at all and shouldn’t be shocked when they’re belly up soon. Maybe it’s worth investing in some ethics training or an entirely new line of work far, far away from other humans.
