I ordered online from this florist because they said they could deliver same day. Shortly after completing my order, I received an email that said it could not be delivered that day. I ordered a plant because it would produce oxygen and brighten up the room of a friend who just had surgery.nnMy friend mentioned that the plant was yellowing and she had to remove quite a few dead leaves when it arrived. Within the week, one of the plants in the arrangement was dead.nnI am truly disappointed with Lakeland florist. I expect for cut flowers to die within a week, but not a plant.nnThere are other florists in the town that are much more creative. Don’t waste your money at Lakeland florist.
I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon with an unusual request and the ladies were very helpful. Even packed my vase of flowers in a box so they would not tip over.nGreat customer service!!!
Excellent help and knowledge from the gentleman that waited on me. The flowers were going to California and my friend was very pleased and surprised at their beauty! Thank you Landland Florist.
