If I could I would give this place a -10.nTheir was a lot of water leakage, sewer doesn’t drain half the time, lots are not level, WiFi didn’t work or reach, washers didn’t clean the clothes, dryers didn’t dry the clothes, the moving staff busted my RV window out, the owner Debbie told so many lies and rude oh my so rude!

Rent for a month is $350, which is fair for staying in a pasture and bad gravel roads, mud to put the RV in. Then as my work is coming to an end the weekly rate turns out to be $175 a week. This forces you to pay a month if your unsure if you will be in the area for a week or maybe two. Just feel like they priced themselves out of my business.
