Beyond rude and extremely unprofessional!! They have price matched for us before, and when asked to do so again, she said “yes, we can. However, i am not doing to do it.” And went on to suggest raising our budget because “i feel i earn and deserve the prices i quote.” I thought this was about helping people find good deals. Money hungry much? Her level of professionalism really showed when she posted this encounter on her Facebook page. Making it seem that a cheap, bedbug-ridden hotel was wanted.?? And when respectfully corrected, she deleted the comments. And then deleted the poor review on her Facebook page. Apparently you can’t trust Facebook.
