Their normal call out rate is $75. They charged us $250 bc it had snowed a few inches. They would not apply any of this fee to the labor rate for the job. We had pipe burst and had no water. They knew this and took advantage of the situation. They did a good job, but the price increase was uncalled for. So the normal fee for this job would be $400. They charged us $575. They also demanded the $250 before they would look at the pipe.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this. I was told up front by one of the craftsmen we are not cheap. That I understood because I was wanting to hire a professional. The owner of the company came at time scheduled for a walk through and plan of action. The next day his men started off slowly with a plan that was well thought out . Then a couple more of his craftsmen joined in the next day and finished ahead. Of schedule. This was not a small job. Hats off to Mr.Drew and sons.

Called a few plumbers, lot of answering machines and no call backs. Drew's Plumbing answered. I was looking to have a clog fixed the next day and they scheduled us at a VERY convenient time. James and his son showed up a bit early (ok'd by me prior on phone...), and went to analyzing the problem. Worked out a plan and went right to it. Repaired in 10-15 min. Charged me the price quoted and cleaned up. Very nice gentlemen. Highly recommend!!!

Called on Thursday morning and promptly got a visit. Got a quote and withing 30 minutes 2 very nice gentlemen showed up and got right to work. By the time they were finished I couldn't even tell that any work had been done. The hole in the yard was filled back in like it was never there and it was at least 3.5 feet deep. I will hire them again. Very professional and pleasant.

Paid 950 dollars and my sewer is still backed up, I shopped local and didn’t use my home warranty company to keep money in the local community... I felt it was steep charge to begin with but dealt with it, now it has hardly been a week actually only 7 days exactly and it’s stopped up in the same place, same problem! This is absolutely ridiculous! Now I get to call my home warranty company and get it done correctly and pay again! Absolute rip off, 1000 bucks down the drain literally!
