Tried to sell me a new unit when one wasn’t needed. Charged 143.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Said to fix the unit would cost at least $1700.00. Had another company come out and all they had to do was clean the coils and the AC worked fine. It’s small town Clinton Oklahoma so they’re going to try and rip you off no wonder no one wants to bring business there or live there. Glad I moved out of this place. I would never recommend this company. Glad I used my American Home Shield which they do not honor!

Chad , his service guys, installers and office staff are the best. Have been doing business with them for over ten years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home units. They installed them & service them. Very professional and polite.

No stars! They did a service call for us and told us the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. They wanted to be paid immediately for the diagnosis and we had no problem paying them however we require and I have requested several times they send me their W9 and COI and they have yet to do that. They also sent us a quote to replace the evaporator coil but when I asked them about simple information regarding the unit that needs work such as make, model, condition, age, tonnage they could not give me the information I needed. I had called them all last week and left messages and emailed them and no one returned my phone call. I finally got a hold of Chad Eaton, the owner, and he threw a fit like a child when I asked for more info on the unit and told me to get someone else to do it and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude.
