I am very dissatisfied with the customer service here! Always told they will call back. NOT! I have only been called back 1 time out of who knows how many times I have called them for help. Once I finally did get the lady for my cpap she acted as though she was put off by me calling and in a huge hurry to get me off the phone. I need my cpap but I will simply return it so my insurance company isn't charged if I don't get some help to use it. I was told that a nose mask would be (mailed out to me). She asked what size as if I would know the answer. I just guessed a medium. We'll see what happens. If I am not satisfied I am returning the machine and going elsewhere.

This place is a scam. Medicare ripoff artists. Was charged for items I never received.

Frustrated I should had my supplies almost a month now and yet to receive them. Really don't deserve even a one star. I keep getting put off when I call and they will call me what a joke!!!

I don't like that Joe is no longer there you could call him for anything and he would get the job done bring him back I'm seriously thinking about doing business elsewhere
