Middle school cross country meet. Hot-humid! Should have offered water at a concession stand. I would have bought the whole team water. Super nice facility. It has changed dramatically since my two girls attended SFHS.

The wolf den is great for off road running and for flipping a tractor tire on the soccer field by the tennis courts. I like to go there to switch up from going to the gym and running on the road it gives my legs and upper body a change from normal routine. Just get out there and be creative with your workouts. Don't be scared to get out in the cold and workout. The cold is good for your body and cardio vascular.
