Select Physical Therapy

Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Physical Therapist, Eugene, answered all of my questions thoroughly (and in words I could understand). I highly recommend this place!

I had heard of the Select Therapy before I personally needed their services. It was recommended by friends who have used them and given great reviews by other employees of the hospital. It is very near my home which made it so much easier for me. All the men and women are friendly, professional, and engaging as they go about their task with individual patients. Conversation travels across the room between the patient and the therapists. It is an encouraging experience and environment. I would gladly and do so, recommend the center to everyone.

When the address provided on the documentation I was given didn't exist, I called to ask for assistance. The girl who answered the phone gave me a different address. I then asked for a cross street so I could look for a street sign. She said she was new so I asked if she could ask someone who wasn't new and finally I received the cross street. I arrived there only to find it was the address of Southern Nazarene University. So I called again and was told it was inside one of SNU's building and I should park across from the buses in the back. I did that and tried the door only to find the door locked. So I went around to the front where I had seen their sign, but oh no, that door was locked too. So I called again and was told to go to the back and the hateful lady said I must have gone to the wrong door. She said everyone else was able to find it. Well good for them, but it was the only door I saw from where I was told to park. So I found the door and then she was upset with me because I was put out with their bad address on the form and their horrible instructions. She informed me that was their mailing address (for the life of me I cannot imagine why they would use that address rather than the one people are seen at) and that I was their now and could we just drop it. I dropped it, but perhaps if she had been driving around looking for a building that didn't exist and then traipsing around in the rain as long as I had, she would have been a bit put out as well. Plus no one ever even as much as apologized for my inconvenience. I will say the therapist, Kat was extremely nice and I'm extremely glad that I will NEVER be going back to the Bethany location!

Jon is outstanding! I wish I'd had him for my previous therapy after my first two spinal fusions. I felt like he listened to me and didn't talk condescending when explaining my symptoms and limitations. The water therapy has been a game changer in my recovery. I would return if ever needed therapy again and I'll definitely recommend him.

The staff at SNU Select Physical therapy were welcoming and went above and beyond to help me schedule appointments for my HS student so he missed minimal time from class. The quality of therapy was wonderful and we appreciated the time spent with my son working on exercises to get him back to all of his sport's activities during his senior year.
