AMC Penn Square 10

It used to be a great theater before AMC took over. The seats are nicely spaced, but starting to show their age. There's a hole in one of the screens. I think in theater 5. They've been out of a lot of things at the concessions lately. You can tell management doesn't care much through the appearance and the employee's moods.

Positive great chairs. Negatives bathrooms disgusting, food left in cup holders from previous movie, no butter for popcorn, out of several drink options and the movie just went black 30 minutes in. Had to wait several minutes for it to come back on. Brought bathroom to staffs attention before movie, it was still gross when we left. For the cost of tickets your guests deserve better.

while the reclining chairs are nice, every time I've come to this location, things are broken! The automatic ticket machines, 2 projector bulbs in 2 different movies which delayed/disrupted movies...just, ugh!nnNot to mention that the management never seems to care, let alone the staff who, the few times I've been here, have been annoyed by having to stop their conversation and run the concession stand!nnThis is crazy! It might be a convenient location but I'll never go here again!

Everyone I delt with staff wise was great. Very pleasant atmosphere in general. Lots of people wearing masks. A few not. Everyone that works for the mall had a mask on. Not overly crowded.

Literally the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. The projector wasn’t working properly and kept flickering. I went to go report it to the staff and there was no one at the desk, I even yelled “hello” multiple times and still, nothing. It made for a horrible experience, and my husband and I weren’t able to enjoy the movie. When we left the theater once the movie ended, there was still not a single employee around. We looked all over and not a single one. Very disappointed.nnThey were also out of chicken tenders, popcorn butter, and popcorn buckets and there was trash left over from the last customers in my cup holder.
