Customer service and warranty coverage severely lacking! Do not use this furniture company. I have been a customer for 20 years but no longer. They do not stand behind their products and take 9 months to a year to resolve. The leadership outlook has changed emphasizing selling products and pushing warranty coverage. However, customer service following a sale is terrible. Similarly, when you pick up a purchased product or return an item their distribution system is fatally flawed. As I mentioned initially Mathis only cares about initial sales volume and selling shoddy warranty coverage. They have high employee turnover and play an endless game of email tag. Good riddance Mathis Brothers!

They run this place like a well oiled machine. You pull up, they ask for your order #, and then assign you a lane for pick up.nnWithin a few minutes, I had two workers helping me get my recliner in the back of my car. They were very efficient, and respectful!
