Do NOT book your COVID-19 vaccination shot at this CVS or probably any CVS by appointment. I showed up to my appointment time 5 minutes early and had to stand in line behind at least 40-70 people. What’s the point of an appointment if I have to wait in line for an hour after my appointment?

Worst cvs pharmacy ever waited for 2 hr for test but they refuse to do free test .although the advertise free testing . False advertisement. Won’t recommend o anyone

I went thru the drive thru, wrong card was charged, clerk was unfriendly when i used my goodrx app. Sorry, i inconvenienced you by using a coupon, 134.00 for meds is high when you're unemployed.

I bought some $7 eyelash glue, went home, and found out that the box was empty (someone must have stolen it before). I went back to the store within 15 minutes and told them what happened, they said they couldn't help me without a receipt, I told them I didn't get a receipt (they remembered me coming in and buying it), and then the cashier lied about giving me a receipt (I went home and triple checked, I didn't receive one). They said there was nothing they could do, we shouldn't be punished for other peoples' shoplifting.
