Walgreens

I had a surgery early this morning, and my prescriptions were called in by my surgeon. When I went by, one prescription was ready, one was being prepared, and one had insurance issues. The friendly staff told me they were working on contacting the doctor, so we decided to wait at home. Around 12:15, we went back and the 2nd prescription was ready but the 3rd wasn’t. I told the staff member to fill the 3rd according to to insurance.nnWe told her we’d wait and @ 20 minutes we had received a notification that the prescription was ready so we pulled through again.nnThis time a different staff member was there. He leaned forward on the drive thru counter and said that they weren’t filling any prescriptions for the next 25-30 minutes?nnI checked the time and it was well before their meal break...it was 12:35 and meal break is around 2:30-3:00 each day. They are seriously the hardest working pharmacy staff around and deserve a break. But this one staff member today finally has me wanting to throw in the towel with Walgreens after 12-13 years.nnWe went back home & got another notification that the prescription was ready around 2:40. Meal break time.nnWe went up around 3:15. This same staff member seemed to tease me about something...maybe it was that I wasn’t talking loud enough? I did have surgery with a tube down my throat. It made me so angry that he seemed absolutely indifferent to my condition. I simply can’t believe it. He said something like, “So, are you guys texting your answers today?”nnHe seemed tickled with his witty comment. I tried to tell him my address a little louder. He said, “It doesn’t matter. I’m matching it against the address on your id.” I am so angry and disappointed about being treated that way.

Literally the rudest people work at the front and are absolutely mute when you ask them a simple question. The guy working as a cashier was mumbling the whole time and the manager couldn’t even look me in the eye when I asked him a question. They weren’t willing to help at all or even be direct and vocal which is really weird for someone working in retail. The unwillingness to help was honestly the worst I’ve seen and as someone who also works in retail I’m not even one to judge but the customer service at this establishment was just so bad.

Their Pharmacy is the worst ever and I was complaining tell them they should've done as they were told to call my doctor to get new script yet tell dr what I previously had a they didn't I was given wrong doses. They were laughing like it was a joke to them very rude and unprofessional I been with them over 23yrs and won't be going back moved to Oklahoma and now there's a problem movie g my business elsewhere

I learned about there rewards card and i got one to start earning those points that can add up and be used in many helpful ways

I'm always treated with respect and friendliness from the front door to the pharmacy. I love shopping here! And just for future reference, you can get great Crazy Santa (useful) gifts everyone will fight over;)
