Quick drive through service with staff seemingly very tired considering the ongoing COVID-19 situation. The facility offers most any prescription need you can have filled or refilled. In my opinion, this is inevid the run stores in the metro.

I went to the pharmacy on Saturday, November 23, 2019 around 6:00 p.m. There were three people working, a Tech, a Pharmacist and a Student Pharmacist. The pharmacist was on the phone, the tech was chatting with someone in the drive thru about personal things while I'm sure she was looking something up on the computer as well, and the pharmacy student was doing something although I do not know what. I stood at the spot where they ask you to wait for approximately 10 minutes or so. No one greeted me or said it will be a few minutes before we can get to you. As a matter of fact they treated me like I was invisible. It looked like they were a bit understaffed for a Saturday evening. The wait was not the issue it was the lack of acknowledgement.. I can't say the service was bad because there was no service (which is bad in it's own way). As I said no one bothered to even acknowledge me, or even to look my way. It doesn't take but a second to look at someone and say it will be a few minutes (even while you are doing something else) but being completely ignored is very bad business. I have used this pharmacy for several years and have never had this problem but in my opinion one time is enough so I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
