I was having an asthma attack (not full blown but enough to worry) and I was out of my albuterol vials that are used with a nebulizer. I called this location as it was the only one open, after five minutes of dealing with pre recordings and a robot directory I was able to speak with a human. The woman I spoke to was snarky and rude, with an “I’m better than you” type of attitude. While I’m in not the best of states and asking simply do I need a prescription for this medicine or can I buy it without insurance or doctors referral? She spoke over me and informed in a less than pleasant tone that “I don’t have you on file we can’t do anything for you”. So take that as you will but I do not recommend going here unless you absolutely have to. It’s clear to me that if they have that level or personnel in the pharmacy that the place is a joke. It’s one that thing to tell me I can’t get the medicine but to do it in such a rude way while I’m not in a good state was very uncalled for.
