The ladies that answer the phone are definitely not on the same page with each other. I have one telling me to come in anytime to pick a frame and another telling me I need to schedule an appointment. It is a huge inconvenience when you take time off work, pull your son out of school and not be able to be seen due to everyone making their own rules. Communication is key and your employees lack in that area.

Dr White was very thorough with my 7 year old and I felt he did great! The staff was very nice as well. My family will be going back

If I could give them a zero I would. Has nothing to do with the doctor but the secretary's running the front desk. Called searching for somewhere that took my insurance and she claimed they did. I drove 2 HOURS, husband took off work to tend to baby for me, we get there and they claim they don't. She tried saying she called to tell me yet NEVER called. Then I asked why she hadn't left a voicemail and she tried telling me she did. I know for a fact that was a lie because I get every voicemail. She also tried telling me I didn't have a VM set up. Funny just got one two days ago from a different doctor about a different appointment. So basically she called me a liar. Then they sent me on another 30 minute drive to another doctor who accepts my insurance. They could've at least offered to give us a discount on said appt instead of us having to leave in inclement weather with baby. But they didn't even try to make it right.nWould NOT recommend this place. Don't go here.
