Convenient to downtown Raleigh locations. Helpful and polite staff. Best get there by 8:30am as it fills quickly.
Had my truck broken into and my pistol stolen in the parking deck on the first level during the day on a Sunday. Reached out to them but no response yet.
We used this parking garage to see the Raleigh Christmas Parade. It is right along the route. It was SUPER convenient getting in if you come early. Getting out was horrific. We turned around and walked around the city . People were shouting and honking and it was bumper to bumper trying to get out. This is an extreme case. I'm sure any day of the week it is functional but could use some people directing traffic during special events.
Good parking garage. But they really should not turn off elevator on weekend. I have a bad back and walked up 4 flights of stairs to my car because they turn off elevator on weekends and they have no signs to tell you that. So you stand waiting for the elevator for 6-6-10 min. Like a fool!
