I dropped off a 14k white gold engagement ring on a Friday that needed to be soldered. The place that I purchased the ring from also resized it did and they did a terrible job. It popped open where the cut was made to add more gold. I told the Fast-Fix jeweler that I needed it back by Tuesday because I was going on vacation. He let me fill out the envelope that my ring would be kept in with my name and phone number and then gave me the matching ticket. I was told I needed it in order to pick up my ring. Well, on Monday I called to see if my ring was ready and he told me I could come pick it up. It was flawless. They did such an amazing job. You can't tell it was ever broken. It was also cleaned and polished like it was brand new. The price was great too. Only $35 + tax to have my ring soldered, cleaned, and polished. I know where to go from now on if I ever need my jewelry repaired.
