My husband and I were introduced to Cindy Parker and Diamonds Direct Raleigh back in August 2016. We had such a wonderful experience. Not only was the quality of the merchandise stellar, the service and the people, especially Cindy, were, also. So, because of that experience, we returned again this year, 2021. And once again Cindy and team exceeded our expectations. They were able to secure for us an item that they do not even sell. That's above and beyond for sure! We are so happy! She's patient, highly knowledgeable, and helped us turn a seemingly overwhelming experience into finding our perfect ring and diamond.nnMac is very personable and down to Earth. Jodi was an absolute gem. She helped me find the perfect ring for my now wife! She loves the ring, and Jodi made it easy on us since we live out of state.
