I can’t say enough about the entire team at Kendra Scott North Hills! They were all so friendly and personable. Especially the Assistant Manager Chasey, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I love my new jewelry so much, I’ve recommended the location to all my family and friends. She knew the ins and outs of every product. Well done, ladies!
Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I shopped around for a minute then a sales lady named Chasy asked if I needed any help - which i did. Chasy was great in helping me find exactly what I was looking for at the right price. She listened to my needs and took them into account as we found the perfect piece. From the time I walked in to the time I left I enjoyed my experience and will be coming back.
Chasey helped me get a ring my for my girlfriends birthday. She was very professional and helpful and my girlfriend loved the gift
My daughter introduced me to Kendra Scott, and I fell madly in love with their jewelry. The store in North Hills is beautiful and so much fun to visit. The only drawback is that I could spend a fortune in there because there’s so much I love. It’s a great place to pick up gifts for younger relatives and young at heart relatives. Love, love, love.
I went to the store with a damaged stone. I had my receipt and they quickly said don't worry about it! They then showed me the stones and I was able to pick out precisely the color I wanted and they repaired while I waited. Everyone was very nice and personable too.
