Had a great experience at Fink’s at North Hills. I was looking to purchase a watch to celebrate a milestone event. We worked with Neil and could not have been happier with the level of service. His knowledge and professionalism made for an outstanding experience. We chatted for a while about watches and other things, and he provided great info without being pushy which I appreciated. Looking forward to doing business with them again!

I was nervous to go in Fink's because I thought there would be nothing I could afford and like. I had checked all of the jewelry stores at the mall and prices and selection were limited. I had never been to Fink's and was not sure to expect. Kitty was amazing and the whole staff helped ensure I was happy. Kitty's exceptional customer care didn't stop when I left the store. I was having second thoughts on the purchase I made so I emailed her and she responded immediately to help me. I went back to the store and Kitty helped me pick out the most perfect piece. There was no pressure and it was actually a fun experience! I will be back for sure! Thank you Kitty!!!

Finks was able to locate a very rare watch for me that I’d been trying to find for years. The staff (especially Kitty) was amazing to work with and we will definitely be buying all of our jewelry from Finks in the future. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I recently worked with Neil on a very special Christmas gift for my Husband. Neil’s knowledge of men’s watches far surpassed my expectations and never came across as a sales pitch. He was patient and kind with all my questions and helped make the special order process a breeze. The team at Finks are true professionals and offer beautiful jewelry to suit any shopper. Highly recommend!!!!

Was in there yesterday and worked with David. Very nice and humble guy, his knowledge is right on. Although Finks did not have the Rolex piece I wanted David was extremely nice and showcased a few datejust models. Highly recommend them for any high end jewelry or timepieces. Thanks again David!
