Great customer service at this location. Ms.Shelia hadn’t even took her purse off and began to help me and another associate fix a mix up of prices on a device I was purchasing. Ms.Shelia even help me setup my devices. Ms. Shelia if you see this know are the BOMB and I will definitely be back again. You have a customer in me.

Shelia is amazing. I have been a customer at this store for about 2 years and the service has been excellent. She is very polite and knowledgeable about items in the store.

They had what I was looking for and more I was so pleased, the entire process was easy. When I walked in in under 2 min Rob M asked me if I needed any help. Answered all my questions and I was walking out the door with my purchase in under 10 minutes

Today was my first visit to Picasso Pawn. Ben greeted us the minute we walked through the door. Alondra assisted us very efficiently and promptly. I mentioned the amount I was looking to pawn my MacBook for and she got right on it. She was very patient and polite. Answered every question I had and if she wasn’t sure, Ben came right over very quickly and assisted us. Both were very respectful and patient. Fast pace in and out. Picasso Pawn was recommended to me and I recommend it to anyone else. Some of us have a hard time putting pride to the side and walking into a pawn shop for a loan on our personal items, but great customer service makes you forget all about that. Thank you!

Ben was fantastic in helping with the several transactions I’ve had at Picasso. He’s always incredibly personable and informative when answering any of my questions. He’s without a doubt an asset to that company.
