Great experience! They solved a challenging problem one of our lamps developed. Great work and great advice. And a great selection of lamps and shades if you don't have a problem lamp.
This is such a great resource for designers and the general public. They are helpful and so customer service oriented. They always have a great selection in stock of shades and lamps even through this pandemic they are accommodating. This store is NOT a chain and if we want to have any local businesses in Raleigh we need to support them.
Great customer service!!! My wife and I had a ground wire issue with a light fixture that we order from Amazon. The staff with Thompson-Lynch identified the issue and had it resolved in less than 5 minutes.
